Coming back to music, Eint Chit has a desire to make the younger generation get acquainted with old music and songs. Because of this, in all her solo albums, she has recorded covers of old songs. She places much value on old songs. Therefore, she wants to carry them forward to the younger generation to enjoy. She doesn’t want old music to disappear into obscurity with passing time. Although good music never really disappears, she does not want them to be forgotten by people as generations go on. This is why she personally carries them on to the next generation.

In her first solo album, named “Written Similarly by Myself”, she covered some songs originally sang before by her father, Chit Kaung. Then, included in her second album called “Love”, were covers of two old songs; an all-time favorite of audiences named “Don’t Separate Our Love”, and a cover of the song by singer Ekari called “Please Return All the Love”. Now, for her upcoming third album also, she plans to do some more covers. She is now collecting some old songs that she used to love singing along to and promises to bring them back to life as well as she possibly can in her latest album.

Also currently, she is preparing for the release of her second VCD of music videos. She has already shot the music videos for songs “Don’t Separate Our Love”, “Soon, I Must Be Broken”, and “The Guilty One”. At the end of July, she has plans to film the video for another song.

The music video for “Don’t Separate Our Love” has been filmed in two different versions; one in the style of a short movie, and another one summarized to fit into the duration of the song with the intention of making it easy for Karaoke singing. Therefore, she reveals that the audience can enjoy the same song in two different ways. For this song, she herself as well as Kyaw Htut Swe and Yone Lay acted in the video. The three of them put their heads together and came up with a lot of concepts for the making of the story, according to her. They gave their best acting performances in this. The plot is very traditional Burmese, because her reasoning is that the video will be watched by audiences from all over: from the modern cities to backward villages. Therefore, she made a story that could be accepted by audiences from anywhere. But right now, she does not yet want to reveal the story line for her music video for “Don’t Separate Our Love”.

Eint Chit admits that regarding Art, there are some instances when she has copied the footsteps of her father, taking examples from him as a role model. This is especially true in terms of performing on stage. She says that a lot of people seem to believe that a stage performance always should consist of dance-like movements, and running around here and there on stage. But for herself, her own individual, naturalistic style for performance works best for her. And this natural performance on stage, she believes she inherited from her father. Her father also has never faked any performance, and his actions on stage come naturally by themselves while singing. And after his performances, his impromptu expressions become the talk of the audience. She also follows her father’s footsteps through natural performance without over acting.
